We are aware that there may be unforeseen events before your arrival or during your stay, however we reserve the right to calculate cancellation fees, according to the cancellation terms below. The cancellation terms must be understood as individual or applied to each room booked.

Terms and conditions of booking your stay

In order to confirm the reservation at the Hotel we require a payment by credit card on which we can make a transaction as a deposit.
Online we only accept card payments.

Restaurant Booking Terms and Conditions

In order to confirm your reservation at the restaurant, we require a credit card payment on which we can make a transaction as a deposit.
Online we only accept card payments.
You will be asked to pay the remaining amount at the time of dinner.

Cancellation terms

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit is kept valid for a maximum period of 6 months for a future stay. In case of cancellation or changes made from 9 to 2 days before the expected arrival date, 30% of the stay is charged, for guests who have paid 70% of the deposit by bank transfer, the remaining 40% paid is kept valid for a maximum period of 6 months for a future stay. In case of cancellation from 2 to 0 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the stay is charged. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
