Are the restaurant customers allowed to pass with car when ZTL is closed?

The restaurant customers are not allowed to pass during the closing times of the ZTL, since we cannot register the license plate number of the cars, apart from the hotel guests.

We remind you that closing times are:

• thursday, friday, saturday 21-01
• sunday 10-12 and 14-19
• festive days 10-12 and 14-19 (and 21-01 if they are thursday, friday or saturday)

How to Print a Gift Card, Dinner or Event Voucher Purchased

To generate the PDF of the Voucher you must go to the Generate PDF Voucher page and then enter the Voucher Code (arrived by email at the time of the purchase,
e.g.: GC_HFQ147JB) and print the PDF created.
This must then be delivered to the Relais Staff at the time of use.
If you have mistakenly received the Order ID (usually 5 digits, e.g. 63478) by email instead of the Voucher Code, please contact us providing us the Order ID and your purchase email to obtain the Voucher Code.
